How Click2.ai Built Engage Partners a Custom Recruiting CRM, Client Tools, and LinkedIn Automation That Actually Gets Seen

Every staffing agency says it's "people first." The hard part is building the systems that let recruiters actually spend their day with people instead of spreadsheets. For Engage Partners, a specialized staffing and recruiting firm with offices in Melville, New York and Coral Springs, Florida, that meant rethinking the technology stack from the ground up — with help from Click2.ai.

Click2.ai is a custom software and AI studio co-founded by Engage Partners' own Robert Deck and Chris Edwards, alongside engineers Ziga Bracko and Ree Davydova. Because the founders run a recruiting firm themselves, Click2.ai started with a simple brief: build the recruiting technology we wish we could buy. This article walks through what they built — a custom recruiting CRM, client-facing hiring tools, and LinkedIn recruiting automation — and why each piece matters for clients and candidates.

Why Off-the-Shelf Staffing Software Fell Short

The staffing technology market is crowded. There are applicant tracking systems (ATS), staffing CRMs, sourcing tools, outreach sequencers, scheduling bots, and a new wave of AI recruiting agents. Industry research shows the shift is real: according to RecruitBPM's 2026 guide to AI in talent acquisition, most high-growth staffing firms now run AI inside their CRM, and Aqore's 2026 staffing industry trends report describes AI agents and workflow automation as the defining change of the year.

But layering more point tools on top of a generic platform creates its own problems: duplicate data, recruiters toggling between ten tabs, and client reporting that still gets built by hand on Friday afternoons. Engage Partners recruits across more than a dozen specialties — from healthcare staffing and healthcare IT and EHR recruiting to finance and accounting, IT staffing, and 340B program staffing. Each vertical has its own credentials, pipelines, and client expectations. A one-size-fits-all staffing CRM was never going to fit.

Click2.ai builds software around the recruiting workflow, not the other way around.

1. A Custom Recruiting CRM Built Around How Engage Recruits

The foundation is a custom CRM for staffing and recruiting, designed with Engage Partners' recruiters rather than configured for them. Click2.ai's philosophy is that software should feel made for you, not configured to you — and in practice that means the CRM mirrors the way an Engage recruiter already thinks about their desk:

  • Client accounts and job orders in one view — every open role, hiring manager, and conversation tied to the client relationship, so account managers see the whole picture.
  • Candidate pipelines by specialty — a nurse manager, an Epic-certified analyst, and a controller move through different stages, and the CRM reflects that.
  • Recruiter activity that logs itself — calls, emails, submittals, and interviews captured automatically instead of typed in after the fact.
  • AI assistance where it saves time — summarizing candidate notes, drafting personalized outreach, and surfacing follow-ups that are about to slip.

The goal isn't to replace recruiter judgment. It's to remove the admin work that keeps recruiters from doing what they're great at: understanding people and matching the right candidate the first time.

2. Client Tools That Make Hiring Easier for Employers

Most staffing agencies treat technology as an internal tool. Click2.ai and Engage Partners took the opposite view: the employers we serve should benefit from it directly. Click2.ai built client-facing hiring tools that give hiring managers clearer visibility and faster answers:

  • Simple hiring request intake — clients can share a new role, its must-haves, and timing without a long back-and-forth.
  • Shortlist and status updates — hiring managers see where each candidate stands, so nobody has to chase an email thread for an update.
  • Cleaner reporting — the information clients ask for most, ready without a recruiter assembling it manually.

For employers working with Engage Partners on strategic workforce solutions, transition and implementation staffing, or ongoing support services, that means less friction, faster decisions, and a more transparent hiring process.

3. LinkedIn Recruiting Automation, Built on What Works in 2026

LinkedIn is still the most important channel for professional recruiting, but the platform has changed. Before automating anything, Click2.ai researched what is actually getting reach and engagement on LinkedIn right now — and built the automation around those findings instead of guessing.

What the 2026 LinkedIn data says

  • Visual formats beat plain text. Analyses from AuthoredUp and Dataslayer both find that document carousels, images, and native video significantly outperform text-only posts.
  • Short native video works when it's built for silent viewing. Dataslayer reports that most LinkedIn video is watched on mute and that 30–90 seconds is the sweet spot — so on-screen text has to carry the message.
  • Outbound links cost reach. Posts with external links see substantially less distribution than identical posts without them, so the call to action should live inside the post.
  • Personal profiles and real faces matter. LinkedIn's ranking now rewards relevance between the poster's profile and the topic — a recruiter who specializes in healthcare posting a healthcare role is exactly the signal the algorithm looks for.
  • Consistency beats volume. Steady, high-quality weekly posting outperforms bursts of forgettable content.

What Click2.ai built

Using those findings, Click2.ai built an automated "We're Hiring" LinkedIn video series for Engage Partners' recruiters. Each week, open roles are pulled from Engage's live jobs report and turned into short, branded, captioned videos — one per recruiter — featuring:

  • The recruiter's own photo and name, so the post comes from a real person, not a faceless logo
  • The job title, location, and work arrangement (remote, hybrid, or on-site) in large on-screen text that reads perfectly on mute
  • The recruiter's direct email as the call to action — no outbound link needed
  • A distinct visual style per recruiter, from cinematic office scenes to illustrated and craft-style looks, so the feed never feels repetitive

Recent videos have featured roles like a Pharmacy Manager in Miami, a Nursing Manager in Queens, an Epic Certified Analyst, a remote Enterprise Report Writer specializing in MEDITECH, and a Technical Account Manager based in Illinois. The AI handles the production; the recruiters keep the relationships. Candidates get a clear, human message and a real person to contact.

4. A Faster, Search-Friendly Website and Blog

The same team also rebuilt the Engage Partners website you're reading now — a fast, modern site with clear specialty pages, simple contact and reference forms, and a growing staffing and recruiting blog. Click2.ai also works on AI search visibility, helping companies show up not just in Google but in answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini when someone asks, "Who is a good healthcare staffing agency in New York?"

What This Means for Clients and Candidates

Technology is only worth it if the people on the other side feel the difference. For employers, it means faster shortlists, clearer communication, and a recruiting partner who can show exactly where your search stands. For job seekers, it means seeing real openings from real recruiters on LinkedIn, getting faster responses, and never wondering whether your application disappeared into a void.

And because Click2.ai builds custom software for other industries too — from healthcare and financial services to manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofits — the lessons from building a staffing CRM and recruiting automation are available to other businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
